  • Heat-treat consistency - Batch 1 soft; Batch 2 unproven. Field data is on imperfect samples.
  • Manufacturability - first Swiss shop says the geometry won't turn; sourcing route still open.
  • Email deliverability - Aurora's May 1 email never arrived (resent, replied). Kerrie's thread is fine (she replied).
  • Grant clock - Q2 ends 06-30, all 6 tracks Not Started.
